Shipping & payment

We at Bonafide Auto Parts know how important it is to get your orders to you fast and in top shape. We take great care to package and send your order properly because of this. You can be confident that we are making every effort to deliver your order to you as quickly as possible. Please take into consideration any holidays that can affect shipping times.

Shipping Destinations: 

We currently offer shipping within the United States. We do not ship to Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or other U.S. Territories.

What if I live in a different country?

Currently, we do not ship outside of the United States. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Item & Shipping Cost:

From Bonafide Auto Parts - We do have the genuine price listing for all the vehicle parts & accessories  & there are no hidden shipping cost from the product cost. But we do have the legit shipping rate calculated by carrier directly as we integrate the shipping transaction with UPS and other Carriers as we pay for shipping with them.  We do have the nominal shipping charges calculated in the checkout page and for Products with oversized item(Lift Kits/Roof Rack/Bumpers/Tonneau Covers/Bed Covers/Batteries etc.) which are shipped thru Freight - The shipping cost may vary and please verify them during checkout.

Note- Some Oversize items do not qualify for free shipping. If you receive free shipping for an oversize item, oversize fees may still apply.

Order Processing or Handling Time:

Once your order is placed, it will undergo processing before shipment. Our dedicated team works diligently to ensure your order is processed promptly and efficiently. Order processing typically takes 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday), but please allow additional time during peak seasons or holidays.

Transit Time:

Transit Time is 3 to 5 Business days (Monday to Friday)

Order Cut-Of Time:

Order cut-off time 03:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (New York)

Delivery Terms:

We mainly use USPS, UPS, FedEx  to ship your orders. Your order will be handled in our facilities before being fully completed by the shipping provider. You'll receive a tracking number within 24 hours so you can follow the progress of your order.

If you do not receive tracking information from us within 2 to 3 business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at support@bonafideautoparts.com.

Note - Sometimes we may ship the items from multiple warehouses and you may get your shipment with multiple packages for the same order

Taxes:

Excise taxes in the U.S. will be applied based on the laws of each state. The tax will be automatically calculated during checkout for your convenience. If you have any questions or clarifications, please do not hesitate to contact to our support email or from contact us page.

Payment Methods:

We accept the following payment methods -  We currently accept PayPal, Visa, Master, Amex & Discover as secured payment gateway - If you have any other questions, please email or contact us at  support@bonafideautoparts.com

Undeliverable packages:

In the event that a package cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred to reship the package.

Address Change:

If you need to modify the shipping address after your order has been placed, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order is shipped.

Multiple Addresses:

For a single order, we don't provide shipping to multiple addresses. Please put separate orders for each address where you want the things delivered. Here is where to reach us if you need assistance with this: support@bonafideautoparts.com.

Inventory Availability:

As we are constantly improving and updating our catalog  - we do sync our Inventory with manufacturers and distributor's to make sure we stock all the parts 100% from our catalog, But due to some circumstances your order may get cancelled  due to long back order or discontinued items - We sincerely apologize for the same and we do notify our customers in all circumstances, if we are unable to source them from the distributors.

Note - We do keep monitoring and exclude the products from our catalog when the parts are discontinued from the manufacturers

Out-of-Stock Items

While we make every effort to keep all listed merchandise in stock, occasionally we are sold out of a certain item. If we are out of stock on an item you have ordered, we will send you an email update as quickly as possible. It will then be your choice to proceed and keep the order in place for the back order or we will cancel it accordingly. Items are not charged to your credit card until they are shipped.
